Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!  We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

 

A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act: Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

 

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may print out our online order form and send the form along with a U.S. Postal Money Order or call 1-800-366-6701 for COD shipping.

Shipping Information 

Shipping and Handling Charges, Cosmetics:

$0.01 - $25.00 = $7.00 s/h;

$25.01 - $150.00 = $10.00 s/h;

$150.01 - and up = $19.00 s/h.

Makeup Cases:  $18.00 each case.

 

Shipping includes insurance and tracking. All items shipped USPS or UPS. No items will be shipped to a Post Office Box.

 

US Delivery - order delivery within 3-8 business days from ship date.

 

Please Note: All Online orders are shipped and delivered on business days - Tuesday - Friday, excluding holidays.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We are committed to offering our Customers the finest cosmetic products available. If you feel the products you received from our Online Store do not meet this expectation, simply call 1-800-366-6701 and speak to a customer service representative regarding returns. All claims MUST be made within 15 days of receipt of order. You must speak to a customer service representative before any return can be authorized.

 

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for return authorization.

 

Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

 

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-800-366-6701.

 

The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
